EXPERIENCE
Robert S. Reda is the President of the firm and serves on the firms
Executive, Policy and Strategic Planning Committees.
Mr. Reda’s practice is concentrated to representing the interests of the business community. His advice covers most aspects of business endeavors, including corporate and real estate law. He has worked with clients as large as Citibank, N.A. and the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, and as small as his grandfather’s retail store.
Mr. Reda as formed, merged, divested and dissolved hundreds of companies. He has worked with the real estate development community, including banks, developers and end users, in the acquisition, development and sale of parcels as small as six flats and as large as hundred million dollar portfolios.
Mr. Reda has litigated numerous lawsuits in federal and state courts around the country, including before administrative agencies and arbitrations, in such substantive areas as intellectual property, business torts, environmental actions, antitrust, insurance, discrimination, government and private contracts, shareholder derivative actions and racketeering.
